This program provides round-the-clock support for addressing allegations of child abuse and neglect. It includes risk and safety assessments, along with family support through early interventions, preventative measures, and trauma-informed services.
Intake Procedure: Individuals can report suspected abuse by calling or visiting in person.
Travel/Location: The confidentiality of reporters is maintained. Referrals can be made by law enforcement, educational institutions, healthcare professionals, or anyone concerned about a child's safety and welfare. Each referral is reviewed through the HUB.
