Provides help with enrollment and applications for public benefits programs such as LEAP (Low-Income Energy Assistance Program), Medicaid (Health First Colorado), Medicare, SSDI (Social Security Disability Insurance), SSI (Supplemental Security Income), SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program), and TANF (Colorado Works).
Intake Procedure: You can call, visit the website, or come to the office for support.
