Provides help with enrollment and applications for public benefits programs such as LEAP (Low-Income Energy Assistance Program), Medicaid (Health First Colorado), Medicare, SSDI (Social Security Disability Insurance), SSI (Supplemental Security Income), SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program), and TANF (Colorado Works).
Intake Procedure: You can call, visit the website, or come to the office for support.

- Residents within the service area, specifically Jackson and Larimer counties.
Documents you may need
- Must provide: Photo ID Social security number Proof of at least one month of consecutive paystubs from the current or previous month of work Proof of insurance, if applicable (if applying for health benefits)
