This initiative provides numerous services for individuals requiring assistance. Available services include Aid to the Blind (AB), Aid to the Needy Disabled (AND), Child/Adult Protection Services (CPS/APS), Children's Health Plan Plus (CHP+), Colorado Child Care Assistance Program (CCCAP), Medicaid, Old Age Pension (OAP), programs for seniors and those with disabilities, Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP), and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF).
For intake, individuals can either apply in person or submit their application online at coloradopeak.secure.force.com.
