Idaho Community Action Network (Ican)

ICAN runs a food assistance program statewide aimed at families with limited financial resources. These programs foster community by uniting individuals and families, focusing on empowerment rather than mere handouts. The areas served include Weippe, Twin Falls, Fort Hall, Pocatello, Camas Prairie, and Arco. The food programs rely on volunteers, with monthly meetings held by an elected committee alongside general members. Food is distributed monthly, with additional chances for agricultural gleaning and donations. Services are available in both English and Spanish.
