Individuals who suspect that their attorney has engaged in unethical behavior can submit a complaint to the Bar Counsel's Office of the Idaho State Bar. This office will assess the complaint to ascertain if the attorney has breached the Idaho Rules of Professional Conduct and if any disciplinary action is warranted. A comprehensive directory of attorneys in the region can be found at www.idaho.gov/isb (accessible from the homepage). Intake Method: Complaints can be made via phone or email, as walk-in visits are not accepted.
