Individuals who suspect that their attorney has engaged in unethical behavior can submit a complaint to the Bar Counsel's Office of the Idaho State Bar. This office will assess the complaint to ascertain if the attorney has breached the Idaho Rules of Professional Conduct and if any disciplinary action is warranted.
