In Twin Falls & Jerome, reach out to the Community Council at 208-454-1652. The program is available on a voluntary basis for pregnant women and families with children from birth to kindergarten. It is part of a comprehensive, high-quality early childhood framework aimed at enhancing maternal, infant, and early childhood health, safety, development, and fostering strong parent-child connections. This federal initiative was launched in 2010 to support Evidence-Based Home Visiting Programs.
