Parent Education Program, Boise

The Boise School District has established a parent education program aimed at equipping parents or guardians with the necessary skills and support to nurture happy and responsible children. Classes are conducted in various school facilities across the city at different times throughout the semester and are led by certified school counselors with significant training and expertise. These educational sessions are held biannually, in the Spring and Fall, and involve a nominal fee. The available classes may vary but can include topics such as *The Parent Project, *Parenting Teens, *Strengthening Your Step Family, *Parenting for the Single Parent, *Parenting with Love and Logic, *Workshops for Parents of Gifted Children, *Drug Education, among others. Classes are offered in English.
