The Cooperative Extension System at the University of Idaho plays a vital role in aiding the agricultural and rural sectors of Idaho by offering various services, programs, and research critical for the state's growth. Among the services provided are: 4-H, Weed Control Programs, Community Development, EFNEP (Expanded Food & Nutrition Education Program), Garden/Landscape Management Programs, Youth at Risk Programs, Crops/Horticulture Programs, Life Skills training, Pesticide Applicator Training, Food Preservation, the Bonner County Teleconferencing Center, customer service training for business retention, and education on Economic Justice. Languages offered include English.
