Boy Scouts Of America - Southeast- Grand Teton Council

The initiative caters to youth from 1st grade through high school, encompassing groups like Tiger Cubs (age 6 or 1st graders), Cub Scouts (ages 7-10), Boy Scouts (ages 10 1/2 - 18), Varsity Scouts (ages 14 - 18), and Venturing (coed ages 14 - 20). Additionally, it supports youth through Learning For Life in School Programs and career exploration, primarily facilitated by business or organizational sponsors. The mission is to guide youth in making ethical decisions that will positively impact their lives. This is achieved through adult mentorship provided by chartered sponsors, which can include religious organizations, service clubs, schools, and both public and private entities that sponsor the program to assist their community. Boys can join at any point during the year through an existing Pack, Troop, Team, or Crew. Organizations interested in starting a unit can do so with guidance from the Grand Teton Council, which involves approving adult leaders, appointing a chartered organization representative, and securing a meeting location. The annual registration fee is $15.00, which is prorated based on the month of registration for both adults and youth. Services are available in English and Spanish.
