Idaho Legal Aid Services provides assistance to victims of domestic violence, members of the Nez Perce tribe, and seniors over 60 years old. Their attorneys offer legal representation in various areas, including: Domestic Violence (such as Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support, and Visitation, but only by referral from a Domestic Violence Shelter), Fair Housing, certain online legal forms, Health, Landlord-Tenant issues (like Evictions and Repairs), Migrant services, Native-American issues, Protection Orders, Public Housing, Public Entitlements, and Social Security/SSI Disability. Seniors have access to services without financial eligibility limits, covering Medicaid eligibility, Probate, Guardianships, and Consumer Fraud. While seniors can request informational and self-help materials regardless of income, eligibility for legal representation is required.
