This is a comprehensive medical health center that provides a range of community health education services. You can reach the Community Health Education Resource Center at (208) 799-5417 for support with diabetes education, smoking cessation, ostomy and wound care, outpatient dietician services, senior life coordination, and BLS classes. Services are available in English, with a language line option.
