This service facilitates the online registration for first-time vehicle owners, whether registering a brand new vehicle or an out-of-state car in Nevada.
Application Guidelines: It is important to begin the online application only if you fulfill the necessary criteria and are prepared to pay and collect your license plates in person.

- Eligibility includes vehicles purchased or leased from out-of-state dealers, those acquired from private parties or family members, new residents with existing vehicles, customers seeking a duplicate Nevada title, and individuals without a lien sales certificate.

- Vehicle Purchased from an Out-of-State Dealer You will need to provide the purchase or sales agreement. Vehicle Purchased from a Private Party or Gifted The title must be in the new owner's name OR a Turbo Title application needs to be completed before proceeding with Rapid Registration. Vehicle Purchased from a Private Party with a Lien Holder You will need to provide the security agreement from the lien holder. New Resident You may either use your valid out-of-state registration or a title in your name.
