Offers psychotherapy services for individuals aged 17 and above. The therapeutic approaches typically used are psychodynamic and ACT. Commonly addressed issues include anxiety, depression, women's concerns, chronic illness, aging, and body image or weight loss challenges. All sessions are conducted via HIPAA compliant video telehealth (Zoom). Languages offered: English.
