This program offers case management services for youth to help them consider options for reuniting with their family members. If family members reside out of state, NPHY will cover and arrange transportation (such as bus passes, bus tickets, or airline tickets) to facilitate the reunion. Available languages include Spanish and English.
Intake Procedure: Individuals can walk in or call for further details.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this service.
