The program conducts evidence-based assessments to evaluate the necessity and level of care required, while offering targeted case management, prevention strategies, early intervention, evidence-based education for parents regarding substance use, and comprehensive service linkages for youth and families in Lyon County who are impacted by or at risk of opioid use disorder (OUD). Available languages include English.
