Nevada Aging And Disability Services Division

The AT/IL Program is a statewide initiative designed to empower individuals to reside in their communities with the assistance of Assistive Technology (AT). It aims to eliminate obstacles to daily living by helping individuals set their Independent Living objectives and identify the necessary AT to support self-care or receive care within their homes and communities. The program offers resources for various AT solutions when other options are unavailable. Those currently in care facilities or at significant risk of placement can be prioritized for necessary services to facilitate independent living, subject to funding availability. Assistive Technology may encompass home modifications, vehicle adaptations, daily living aids, mobility equipment, and self-care tools. Services are available in English and Spanish.
