Services encompass mediation with landlords and utility companies, referrals, and access to safe, affordable transitional housing. Households receive guidance on debt restructuring, creating reinstatement plans, foreclosure prevention tactics, loan forbearance, managing household finances, securing rental subsidies, understanding landlord and renter rights, navigating the eviction process, and finding alternative housing options. Financial aid includes help with security deposits, rent payments, and overdue utilities and rent. Transitional housing is available in Almond and is designated for those at risk of homelessness.
