Cardinal Mccloskey Community Services - Bronx

This initiative is focused on keeping families intact by offering early and proactive interventions. It includes two Preventive Services Programs: the Family Treatment and Rehabilitation Program and the Special Medical Program. These services are designed for families with a child who has special medical needs, a child and/or parent facing a developmental disability, or a child requiring early or future permanency planning due to a parent's substance abuse, mental health issues, or terminal illness.
