This program provides Family Support Services alongside Waiver Services for eligible participants. It includes Family Reimbursement, non-intensive Behavior Management, and Service Coordination and Referral. Additionally, it offers Recreation/Respite and Community Habilitation Services.

- Eligibility is open to children and adults with developmental disabilities, with support available for navigating the eligibility process through outreach and referral staff. The service area includes Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, and Southern Erie Counties.
