This program includes multiple community-oriented residential and supported housing initiatives designed to cater to the specific requirements of clients. The funding for supportive housing is directed towards three groups: individuals transitioning from psychiatric facilities, those identified as eligible through evaluations by licensed mental health professionals, and people experiencing homelessness.
