This initiative provides employment support for adults with developmental disabilities, focusing on enhancing independence by developing work skills, following instructions, completing tasks, problem-solving, ensuring workplace safety, and improving communication and quality control. Job support is available through job coaches, assistive technology, specialized training, and personalized supervision.
