Clinton County Chapter Nysarc, Inc, Dba/Advocacy And Resource Center

This initiative provides employment support for adults with developmental disabilities, focusing on enhancing independence by developing work skills, following instructions, completing tasks, problem-solving, ensuring workplace safety, and improving communication and quality control. It includes employment placement and support services through partnerships with local businesses or subcontracting. Job support is available through job coaches, assistive technology, specialized training, and personalized supervision.
