Visual Impairment Services Team - Vist - Veterans Affairs

This initiative unites VA specialists from multiple clinics, including the eye clinic, low vision rehabilitation, primary care, and veterans benefits, all coordinated by the VIST coordinator to provide support for veterans with legal blindness, significant visual impairment, and access challenges. The coordinator offers services such as case management, prosthetic assessments and training, counseling for adjusting to vision loss, and connections to resources and professional support. ##Veteran##
