This is an OMH licensed Service Enriched Single Residence Occupancy (SRO) that offers individual apartments within a nurturing community. Residents have access to case management services and various activities, with a lower staff-to-resident ratio compared to a Community Residence (CR) or a Transitional Apartment Program (TAP).
Intake Process: Interested individuals should call to inquire about the admission requirements. Applications must be submitted via the Erie County Department of Mental Health SPOA System: https://familyfirst.secure.force.com/spoa/
Fees: Most applicants seek assistance through SSI, SSD, SSP, Medicaid, or Public Assistance, while only a few are private pay.
