While the program does not provide direct financial aid, it assists clients with medical bill negotiations, equipment donations, prescription support, coordination with healthcare providers, arranging volunteer help at home, and securing grants for medical and other essential needs. The services are available to families regardless of specific conditions or age, as they are tailored to address the impact of trauma on the family unit.

Intake Procedure: All inquiries are directed to the intake department initially, after which a supervisor will allocate the case for support. Case details can also be submitted via email at admin@morlockfoundation.org.
