Resource Center For Independent Living, Inc.

This initiative supports individuals with disabilities in achieving an independent lifestyle through several resources, including Self-Direction for those with developmental disabilities, Medicaid Service Coordination, and Habilitation Services that assist with daily activities and independent living skills. Additional offerings include the Consumer Directed Personal Assistant Program, help with transitioning from nursing facilities to home, respite vouchers for caregivers, and financial reimbursement for items that aid individuals in staying at home.

Fees: Services may be covered by Medicaid, Medicare, or private pay, with costs adjusted according to income.
