This program is designed to lower the rates of shootings, homicides, and other violent incidents by employing a public health strategy. It focuses on identifying and working with at-risk youth through case management, outreach efforts, public education initiatives, conflict mediation, and referrals to local organizations. Additionally, it incorporates faith leaders and maintains a visible presence in areas where shootings are prevalent.
