About this resource
This program is designed to lower the rates of shootings, homicides, and other violent incidents by employing a public health strategy. It focuses on identifying and working with at-risk youth through case management, outreach efforts, public education initiatives, conflict mediation, and referrals to local organizations. Additionally, it incorporates faith leaders and maintains a visible presence in areas where shootings are prevalent.
Intake Procedure: You can schedule an appointment by calling, walking in, or sending an email.
Fees: Services are provided at no cost.
Who can use this
- Participants must be between 16 to 25 years old, live in the Northeast quadrant of the city, and be involved in a violent street lifestyle or high-risk activities.
