Intake Procedure: For assistance, you can call 211 to find out which providers offer Affordable Broadband plans in your area, or to schedule an appointment with an enrollment specialist. For self-service, visit mapmybroadband.dps.ny.gov/explore to discover which Internet Service Providers (ISP) offer affordable plans locally, and fill out the eligibility form with that ISP. For eligibility details, refer to https://www.spectrum.net/support/account-and-billing/spectrum-internet-assist-ny.
Fees: There are no charges for navigation services; however, fees for Affordable Broadband plans vary, so it’s best to call for specifics.
