This service assists individuals in developing essential living skills and connects them with counseling, treatment programs, and various community resources. It also provides on-site outreach from partner organizations, referrals to food pantries, and support for eviction, rent, and mortgage issues. Additionally, it offers help with utility bill payments, guidance for completing DHS, SSI, and SSD applications, and maintains an updated list of available apartments. Transportation assistance, including daily bus passes, is also available, along with information on obtaining beds and refurbished appliances from other community organizations.
Intake Procedure: Individuals can either call or visit in person.
Fees: Services are provided at no cost.
