This program provides complimentary Care Consultations that are both confidential and tailored to meet the specific needs of individuals and families. Our Care Consultants possess significant expertise and experience in dementia care. Consultations can occur through phone or video conferencing and can involve family members who are in different locations. By connecting with a Care Consultant, you can gain insights into a dementia diagnosis, discover available resources, formulate strategies for addressing decisions and challenges, and create a plan for the future.
