Nuhealth Family Health Centers - Westbury

We operate five Family Health Centers that deliver vital primary care services and act as 'medical homes' for residents in some of Long Island’s most neglected areas. By extending quality primary care and an increasing array of specialty services into the community, we are assisting more Long Islanders in accessing the care they require, precisely where they need it. Our aim is to maintain the health of our patients and prevent hospital admissions.
