This initiative provides short-term, non-therapeutic childcare for families who have a child diagnosed with a mental health condition requiring continuous treatment. Its aim is to offer guardians a dependable, scheduled respite lasting between 2 to 4 hours. During this time, guardians can take care of errands, attend personal or professional appointments, connect with family and friends, engage in classes, revisit hobbies, enjoy some quiet time, or spend quality one-on-one moments with their other children. However, this service should not be utilized for school or work-related activities.
Intake Procedure: Individuals can self-refer but must complete an intake assessment with the Program Coordinator.
Fees: There are no charges for this service.

- To qualify, individuals must reside in Niagara County and have at least one child with a current mental health diagnosis requiring ongoing treatment, such as ADHD, ODD, CD, Bipolar disorder, Depression, Anxiety, or Schizophrenia.
