This initiative offers supportive housing for women diagnosed with a mental illness, struggling with substance abuse, or experiencing a dual diagnosis, along with their children. The program provides a range of services, including case management, preventive care, life skills development, medical and mental health assistance, vocational training, and educational and job opportunities.

Fees: Rent or fees are coordinated through DSS; contact for more information.

- Women aged 18 and over who meet income criteria and have: confirmed parental or guardian status of children in physical custody, a mental health diagnosis or dual diagnosis, substance abuse issues, and a significant risk of homelessness.
