This program offers outpatient support for clients with dual diagnoses in their addiction recovery journey, featuring various therapeutic services such as medication-assisted therapy, evaluations, assessments, individual and group counseling, medication management, care coordination, and discharge planning.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by calling or visit during walk-in hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Fees: Contact to confirm insurance details and inquire about sliding scale fees.
