This program assists individuals in navigating the process of locating eligible services from OPWDD, assessing their needs, and developing a service plan.
Intake Process: Reach out via phone for help.
Costs: Based on a sliding scale. Medicaid accepted.

- Individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and other neurological conditions that manifest before the age of 22, are expected to persist indefinitely, and significantly hinder a person's ability to function in society.
