This initiative provides a variety of resources such as information, assistance, respite, support, and additional services to family caregivers, grandparents, and other relative caregivers. It includes the Expanded In-home Service for Elderly Program (EISEP) and offers homemaker, caregiver, and respite services along with case management. Cost-sharing is based on the individual's financial situation and the specific program designation.
