Develops and implements innovative programs, while identifying opportunities for enhancement. Promotes collaboration through systems advocacy and supports community development initiatives. Offers technical support on accessible design, legal rights, and assistive technology to local governments, service providers, and families, and operates a toll-free information and referral service.
