This initiative facilitates swift housing solutions for those experiencing homelessness and provides eviction prevention services for individuals at risk of losing their homes. It also coordinates services for people dealing with severe, persistent, and untreated mental illnesses related to mental health and substance abuse. The program conducts assessments and intakes to help individuals access mental health treatment and other necessary services to support the maintenance of stable housing.
