This program supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in making informed choices and accessing personalized services. They assist in navigating available resources, including help with eligibility assessments, service coordination, and advocacy. Additionally, service coordination is offered to children from birth to 3 years old who have been diagnosed with a developmental disability or delay.
