Delivers a range of information, referral, and support services for senior citizens, including an Advocacy Nutrition program, case management, Dial-a-friend, long-term care ombudsman, income tax counseling, loan closet, emergency response program, and home-delivered meals. Additionally, it offers assistance through the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) for gas and electric bills. The program includes expanded in-home services for the elderly, cost-sharing home care for those with functional impairments, in-home assessments, case management, homemaker/personal care aide services, and housekeeping/chore services. Transportation assistance, home repair, and legal services are also available.

Fees: Services are provided at no cost. EISEP operates on a sliding scale based on income.
