This service provides respite care for families who have children experiencing emotional, behavioral, and/or mental health issues. Group respite activities are organized within the community and are typically available for designated children and their siblings, following a regular schedule set by parents and staff. Additionally, in-home and community respite care can be arranged on a planned hourly basis for all children in the household or participating in community events.
Intake Procedure: Contact the Family Peer Advocate in the caller's county for a referral.
Fees: There are no charges for the service.
