The funds can be utilized for various heating sources, including electricity, propane, natural gas, oil, kerosene, coal, and other heating fuels. Additionally, emergency HEAP grants may be accessible for households facing a shut-off notice or those low on fuel such as propane, wood, oil, kerosene, or coal.
