The Expanded In-home Services for the Elderly Program (EISEP) offers non-medical support to individuals unable to manage their daily needs on their own. This program targets seniors who do not qualify for Medicaid and lack the financial means to afford private care. Available services may include assistance with meals, bathing, medication reminders, household chores, laundry, shopping, running errands, and managing bills.
