Provides case management focused on housing, referrals to community services, limited short-term rental or deposit aid, and support for housing placement, all within a time-limited framework according to program rules.
Intake Procedure: Visit the website or come in person to fill out a Housing Stabilization Services Application. All veterans are required to first apply through ORCCA's General Housing Services.
Fees: There are no fees involved.

- To be eligible for SSVF, veteran households must: -Include at least one qualifying veteran (as per VA guidelines) -Be homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness -Have a household income at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) for Coos County -Fulfill additional SSVF and funding criteria. Meeting these criteria does not ensure financial support.
