Climate Support is a health-related social need service provided by the Oregon Health Plan, designed to ensure safety during climate-related events. The covered devices are intended solely for use in the member's home or primary residence and may consist of: -Air conditioners, heaters, and air filters to maintain clean air and comfortable temperatures -Mini refrigerators to preserve medication during power outages -Portable power supplies for operating medical devices like ventilators during outages. Members can access HRSN climate services only once throughout their lifetime.

Clients not enrolled in a CCO can call for assistance.
