The OTC plus card or credit aids in covering costs for over-the-counter healthcare products, nutritious food, and household utilities. Eligible items and services may encompass cold care, oral hygiene, pain relief, first aid supplies, incontinence products, grocery items such as meat and produce, and utility bills including electricity, gas, water, telephone, and internet services. The amounts, availability, and covered items/services under the OTC plus card or credit are contingent upon the applicant's Coordinated Care Organization (CCO).
