The program provides transitional housing that features monthly food deliveries, furniture, haircuts, individual and group counseling, transportation services, case management, life skills training, job placement assistance, and help with benefit enrollment. It is designed for young men and women aged 17 to 24 who have either aged out of foster care or have an independent living agreement with The Department of Family Services. Services are available in English.
Intake is conducted by appointment, and interested individuals can call, email, or check the website for more information.
Fees are based on a sliding scale.
